Pot-holes,
sunken, disintegrated, cracked or damaged blacktop may be repaired
by saw cutting or milling perimeters and then removal and
replacement of blacktop. Sometimes rebuilding of stone base is
necessary. Other cleaning, filling and overlay methods of pavement
rehabilitation are also available.
