Our seal coating material consists of the highest grade coal tar
emulsion and is mixed according to manufacturer’s specifications
at our tank farm with silica sand and a latex additive. Seal coat
is generally applied in two coatings. Coal tar emulsion is the
most effective material to provide the longest lasting barrier
between the elements and your pavement surface when it is applied
in the proper quantity. The new deep black and textured (with
sand) non-slip coating also greatly improves your location’s
appearance. Our standard two coat application lasts the longest
and is guaranteed for two years against showing any
premature wear. Because we use the best material in the proper
quantities, most applications last over five years. Pavement
